As CEO, Trace believes in an employee focused business. Believing there are three critical foundations for Veseris success; employees, customers, and suppliers. But first and foremost are the employees. Building an organization that empowers and supports all employees with their drive to succeed and win.
From managing various departments and geographies Trace still enjoys the close personal friendships he has built over the last 40 years in the industry with customers from Coast to Coast, in the US, Mexico and Canada. But from all vantage points he still finds the high deserts of Arizona to be his home.
Trace holds a BS in Soil Chemistry from the University of Arizona.

Karl brings energy and experience to his role, both for Veseris as a whole, and our investment in new tools and processes. By connecting these systems, we can make business more efficient, and even more fun, for our customers.
Karl knows that even though our name has changed, our commitment is always to supporting customers with the products, training, and education they need — which is why he pushes to see Veseris continue to expand the tools it offers professionals.
Before his current role at Veseris, Karl headed marketing for the AG and ES divisions of Univar’s US and Canadian business, driving customer awareness while leading the direction for the company’s websites, advertising, and ecommerce. He also brings marketing experience from BASF to his portfolio.
Karl holds a BS in Agronomy from The Ohio State University. He was on the Board of Directors for the University’s Alumni Association for 5 years, and has attended every home Ohio State football game since 1993. When he’s not cheering the Buckeyes, he’s caring for his adopted greyhounds.

Kim’s focus is simple: To make Veseris the “Employer of Choice” within the pest control field. She is passionate about what our company stands for, and looks carefully for the best fit — not the most resume bullet points — when filling every job opening. For Kim, it’s all about finding people who want to learn and engage, while bettering both themselves and their coworkers.
Prior to her time at Veseris, Kim was the VP of HR at Fluence Bioengineering, where she oversaw 100% year-over-year workforce growth and an expansion into the European market. She also managed HR with 1,000+ employees at Fortune Brands, where she focused on employee career growth.
Kim holds a BS in Business from the University of Texas, Austin. Outside of work, her passion is centered on her family and her faith.

Chris wants to take what we’ve learned as a company over the last several decades and leverage it to influence and improve the practices that worked best for the organization, while finding new ways to improve.
He sees the tremendous safety program of Veseris, as well as our industry-leading distribution network and product availability, as key areas of focus for improving both the customer and the supplier experience.
Chris has worked in multiple roles across industrial chemicals, from laboratory technician to operations lead, and branch quality management… all the way up to his current position as Director of Operations & Environmental, Health, and Safety for both the United States and Canada.
Outside of operations, Chris enjoys RV camping and boating with his family and friends on the weekends.

Nate believes it is key our company continues to build on its robust western American infrastructure, relying on our industry veterans to bring their experience to bear in the new light of an independent Veseris.
Having previously managed county-wide and PCT Top 25 pest control companies (including Antimite Termite and Pest Control and SOS Exterminating), he knows what it takes to drive business growth, manage large teams, and meet company goals. Nate spent time on the Arizona Pest Professionals Organization board of directors including a role as president and was a member of a the Advisory Committee to the Office of Pest Management in Arizona. Nate is also an Associate Certified Entomologist.
Originally from a pre-gentrified Washington, DC (no, not the suburbs), he fell in love with the “hidden gem” that is the pest control industry after becoming a technician in 1998.

As Regional Director, Jim is responsible for standing up business and, eventually, guiding Veseris through a new phase of expansion. Along the way, he is focused on developing the people who will lead this company into the future.
Having served as the Northeast District Manager during the organization’s time as Univar ES, as well as the Director of both the US Central Region and Canada, Jim has taken charge of business at an impressive scale. He has overseen all aspects of business, including sales, operations, and administration, for up to 18 states, and the entire country of Canada. He was also able to successfully bridge operations between our American and Canadian divisions during a time of large portfolio expansion.
Jim holds a BS in Landscape Management from Purdue University, and one of the establishing members of DADS — Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome. He is an avid landscaper, the father to three beautiful daughters — and the husband to one amazing wife.

Jon’s aim is to coach people toward their goals — and help teams achieve more together. As director of Canadian operations, he puts the resources and direction in place to ensure Veseris makes a positive impact for customers, suppliers, and industries.
Having worked as a customer service representative, buyer/planner, outside sales representative, industry/sales manager, and marketing lead, Jon’s wide-ranging experience within a small division plays a crucial role in his current position.
Jon holds a BS in Agribusiness and Economics from the University of Manitoba. A former competitive hockey player, he enjoys spending his spare time coaching youth hockey in his home province of Manitoba.

Alejandra Pena

Over her three decades in pest control, Alejandra has seen how the industry has changed — and how to best help businesses grow and adapt. That’s why she specializes in creating strategies for growing into alternative markets such as sanitization, agriculture, poultry, and ecommerce.
Prior to joining Veseris, Alejandra worked as a marketing coordinator and regional sales manager at Agrevo, as well as a general manager at Diconsa. During her time at Veseris, she held a wide variety of positions including supply chain coordinator, sales and marketing manager, and business unit manager before attaining her current role as Director of Mexico’s operations.
Alejandra holds a BA in Marketing and Communication and advanced management programs from private universities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters — her greatest pride and motivation — as well as her beloved dog.

As our Planning Manager, Mark oversees our inventory to ensure on-time delivery to our customers and suppliers.
Prior to his current position, Mark worked as the Environmental Sciences Senior Planner for the Southeast and Florida, where he led Manugistics system maintenance and Corp FRM approvals, as well as the IC Senior Planner for Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee.
Mark studied computer science at Tarleton State University and computer-aided drafting at San Jacinto. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Supply Management. A native Texan, Mark enjoys hunting, fishing, and grilling by his pool.

Formerly a marketing manager at Sabre, where he handled software and hotel travel management content for travel agencies, Andrew brought his deep knowledge of effective distribution to Veseris, where he drives growth through both internal and external collaborations.
Andrew holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Marketing from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Having previously lived in Saudi Arabia, England, Germany, and Qatar, he currently resides with his spouse and two children in Austin, where he enjoys volunteering with Scouts BSA, golf and home brewing.

He and his group assist in the sales and service process, provide technical expertise, offer product and industry training, and raise the bar within every market they enter.
When he’s not enjoying time kayaking with his wife and four children, TJ can be found reading comic books or brewing his own beer.
